At Boathouse Sports, we stand behind the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Please note that custom-made team apparel is final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
